  • Customers may choose to upgrade their storage experience through our optional service packages. These packages provide customers with access to the Wapiti Customer Community, and include the services listed below.

    Whiskey Jack Package

    $25 / month (+ base stall price)

    Designed for customers seeking light-touch oversight and preferred access to services.

    Includes:

    • Quarterly visual inspection with photo documentation
    • Exclusive preferred pricing on mobile RV tech services (on-site support only)
    • Preferred pricing on detailing (one discounted service per month)
    • Access to the Wapiti app with visibility into your stored unit
    • Invitation to one annual Wapiti community event

    Eagle Tree Package

    $50 / month (+ base stall price)

    Designed for customers who want proactive seasonal care and added convenience.

    Includes everything in the Whiskey Jack package, plus:

    • Annual spring clean
    • Annual fall winterization check
    • Exclusive preferred pricing on mobile RV tech services (on-site support) + access within a regional service radius (3 hour radius of Wapiti rv storage)
    • Preferred pricing on detailing (two discounted services per month)
    • Access to the Wapiti Gate Card partner discount program
    • Opportunity to share and support local school and youth fundraising initiatives within the Wapiti customer community
    • Invitations to two annual Wapiti community events

    Wapiti Package

    $85 / month (+ base stall price)

    Our premium package designed for customers seeking comprehensive care and priority service.

    Includes everything in the Whiskey Jack Package and Eagle Tree Package, plus:

    • Priority scheduling & service coordination
    • Preferred pricing on detailing (three discounted services per month)
    • Dedicated VIP communication channel
    • Preferred access to towing and hauling partners
    • Invitations to premium Wapiti community events including our end-of-season celebration
